PLA (Polylactic acid) Multi-filament Yarn is a collection of fibers consisting of multiple monofilaments prepared from polylactic acid (PLA) resins by the spinning process. Multi-filament refers to a continuous fiber bundle formed from multiple monofilaments by stretching, twisting or deformation processes, which can be directly used in textile processing, while monofilaments are commonly used in specific areas such as medical sutures and fishing gear. Its raw materials come from renewable plant resources such as corn and cassava, and polymer polyesters are formed through fermentation and polymerization processes.
