LCP is an aromatic polyester composed of rigid rod-shaped molecular chains that form a highly ordered liquid crystal state when melted or dissolved, combining liquid fluidity and crystal anisotropy.
High strength, high modulus
3 times higher than ordinary polyester industrial yarn, better than para-aramid
Ultra-low water absorption
Moisture absorption<0.1%, better performance in hot and humid environment.
High and low temperature resistance
Melting point over 300°C, strength increases at low temperatures (<-50°C)
Excellent fatigue resistance
Excellent resistance to bending, folding, twisting, cutting and abrasion.
